My father was a resident and the care and support he received was next to none. The kitchen provided a varied menu and the food was excellent. You were welcome to visit at any time and always offered refreshments. They also put on various events throughout the year which were also excellent.

The staff right from the receptionist, cleaners, kitchen staff, carers and the nurses (day and night) were all exceptionally approachable, friendly and very professional. It was like home from home. From the beginning of Moms stay until the end. Upon Moms arrival everybody who was working that day came into her room and introduced themselves which I found to be very warm and welcoming. I never had any regrets about moving Mom to the Warwickshire other than Mom, who loved her room and the view, passed away too quickly.

I have found The Warwickshire Nursing & Residential Home provides excellent facilities in all respects for a care home. All staff members give a caring attention in a pleasant and efficient manner. As a visitor, I am welcomed in a smiling welcome at any reasonable time. All staff members are ready to give time to any queries I raise. Management is on hand at most times to give their attention to visitors concerns.

Professional, caring and knowledgeable staff with excellent communication skills.
The staff are always ready to oblige and helpful to residents and visitors.
The atmosphere is a very happy environment. The staff listen and act on any concerns. Respite care and long-term care that my relatives have needed have been a positive experience.

My mom was transferred to Warwickshire Home from the LRI Infirmary, Leicester and it was the best move ever. From day one Mom really liked the home, which she wasn't able to see herself due to being bed bound, but her room was facing the magnificent gardens and on the day of her arrival she was made to feel "at home" by all the wonderful members of staff who popped into her room to introduce themselves. As a family member, daughter, I was made to feel completely welcomed from day one and that greeting went from strength to strength during Moms' stay. Every visit was like "coming home" from the reception to Moms' room.....the staff were all very friendly, approachable, professional and truly wonderful to chat with. Although Moms' time proved to be short lived I cannot thank the staff enough for her care whilst there especially as Mom started to deteriorate. I never worried up leaving as I knew my Mom was in very safe, caring hands and the communication between all staff members and myself was first class. I cannot thank the following staff ENOUGH for the support/care they showed me during my visits....Gail, Bobbie, Linda, Anita, Lisa, Flaviou and all the night nurses - you were (ARE) all stars. Two days before Mom died she looked out her bedroom window and said what a lovely view and room.....she thoroughly enjoyed being there.

My Brother in Law moved into The Warwickshire recently, and after seeing various homes, I went along to see him, I was so pleased. All the staff were fabulouse, we were offered lovely coffee and biscuits served in china cups and saucers, but more importantly, my brother in laws room was everything and more to be desired for his needs, they were so caring to him, when his food came it looked and smelled delicious, they fed him each mouthful with tenderness and compassion, and for the first time in years he is eating real food and enjoying it, The staff are all regular staff so the residents learn to know them and not as in some places (Bank Staff from agencies) where they are always different. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to the carers and nurses, kitchen staff etc, and the management for doing such a professional job.

My Wife moved from Rugby St Cross Hospital to the Warwickshire Nursing Home in 2008. I have been with her every day since, we have seen that the residents were well treated and the support was good. The cleanliness is first class and the food is good. Even when management and staff were replaced the standard remained good. Mr Noor became the manager 2014 and the new changes are good. Regular meetings with staff and staff training and meeting with the residents and their visitors.
